microwave oven, washing machine), Living Room, Sitting Room with
satellite television, Bathroom with WC, and three bedrooms, one

'Glen Avon' lies on the single-track road (with passing places) between Trebah junction and Trenarth Bridge. The parking and garden is approached through a five-barred gate, up a short, steep incline to a gravelled yard adjacent to the property.This affords adequate parking and turning space for up to two small vehicles or one large one. The cottage itself is accessed by a short, level paved path approx. a metre wide from the same gateway, to the right of the driveway. Available turning space, and access to the kitchen make it unsuitable for wheelchairs.
